Your Privacy Rights

Rush OnDemand respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with applicable privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other state privacy regulations, you may request the deletion of your account and/or personal data.

We will process your request within 45 days of receipt, with a possible 45-day extension if reasonably necessary. You will be notified of any extension and the reason for it.

⚠️ Important: Data Retention for Legal Compliance

Please be aware that certain categories of data may be retained even after your deletion request is processed. This retention is required by law for legal, accounting, tax, and compliance purposes. The following types of data may be retained:

Transaction Records: Required for tax reporting and accounting purposes (typically retained for 7 years)
Payment History: Required for financial compliance and audit trails
Contract and Agreement Records: Legal documentation including terms of service acceptances and contractual obligations
Dispute and Complaint Records: Documentation related to any disputes, chargebacks, or complaints for legal protection
Legal Communications: Any communications related to legal matters, investigations, or proceedings
Regulatory Requirements: Data required by law enforcement, court orders, or regulatory bodies

Retained data will be securely stored with restricted access and used only for the specific compliance purposes for which it is retained. Once the legal retention period expires, this data will be securely deleted.
